Our platform provides inspection management tools including but not limited to project management, user management, template creation, and reporting features. The service is provided on an "as is" basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that might harm, damage, or disparage any other party. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

5. Data and Privacy

During maintenance periods, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through our platform or via email. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice to address security vulnerabilities or critical system issues.

11. User Content and Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content, data, and information you upload, create, or store within our inspection management platform. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Inspection reports and documentation
  • Project files and templates
  • User-generated content and comments
  • Uploaded images, documents, and media files
  • Custom configurations and settings

By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

12. Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specifically stated in our refund policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining valid payment methods. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice.

13. Third-Party Integrations

Our platform may integrate with third-party services and applications to enhance functionality. These integrations are provided "as is" and we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services.

Your use of third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We recommend reviewing these documents before enabling any integrations.

14. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of our platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their jurisdiction. This includes but is not limited to:

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

17. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
